STV serves up live online tennis

STV will stream Brodies Champions of Tennis, part of the ATP Champions Tour, live at stv.tv from 20th – 23rd June 2013.   

The ATP Champions Tour brings together many of the greatest tennis players in history for nostalgic, competitive and entertaining tournaments in cities all around the world. 

Nine players will come to Scotland especially for the event.   Of these, six – Tim Henman, Greg Rusedski, Goran Ivanisavic, Carlos Moya, Thomas Enqvist and Mark Philippoussis -  will compete in a six man ATP Champions Tour competition, while the remaining three - John McEnroe, Wayne Ferreira & Mikael Pernfors - will compete in a special Legends event. 

The tournament will take place at Edinburgh Academicals FC from 20th – 23rd June with commentary from Gerry McCulloch, former STV and Sky sports presenter, and Marcel Du Coudray, former South African Davis Cup player and ex coach of top ten player Nikolai Davydenko. The matches will be online from 2pm each day with additional matches available to view from 7pm on Thursday and Friday.
