STV broadcasts England v Scotland qualifier match live from Wembley stadium

STV will bring audiences live action of the much anticipated world cup qualifier match between England and Scotland at Wembley Stadium on Friday 11th November.
 
Coverage will start from 1915, with kick off at 1945.
 
Presenter Raman Bhardwaj will be joined in the studio by ex-Scotland skipper, Gary McAllister, international striker, Kenny Miller, and former professional footballer and manager Chris Sutton, for pre and post match analysis.
 
Derek Rae will be commentating on the game, with Sheelagh McLaren providing all the latest news from the Wembley touchline for STV viewers, as both countries aim for a place in Russia’s World Cup 2018 in the first competitive game between the sides since 1999.
 
From Monday 7th November, STV will also bring football fans a series of special preview programmes on STV Glasgow and STV Edinburgh each weeknight from 1900. Peter Martin and Alan Rough will be joined in London by special guests and offer all the latest news on the build up to the match on STV’s city channels.
 
The last two England v Scotland friendly matches that aired on STV saw a ratings success for the channel, reaching over 1.8 million viewers. Both football matches, which were broadcast in 2013 & 2014, are in the top 10 STV programmes of the past decade.
