Partner Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:   
 
  • Work with Partner Marketing Manager to maintain and grow relationships with current STV Player partners, maximising promotional opportunities for STV Player
  • Liaise with Head of Content and team to keep abreast of new content acquisitions and content planning  
  • Assist Partner Marketing Manager in securing contra deals with partners: creating proposals, negotiating deals with partners & STV Commercial, ensuring delivery of contra is achieved and PCAs delivered on campaigns
  • Build relationships with current and new potential streaming partners to ensure multiple marketing opportunities for the STV Player brand/content.  
  • Work closely with the internal product teams to identify opportunities to maximise STV exposure on partner marketing channels and devices
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to manage creative delivery of partner assets 
  • Secure STV staff discounts with digital manufacturers, adding to the companies benefit portfolio for staff.
  • Track and evaluate partnership campaigns 
  • Report against business KPI and objectives    
  Skills & experience: 
 
  • Demonstrable expertise and understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A confident presenter with a willingness to travel to partner sites across the UK
  • A positive and pro-active approach to problem solving and good time-management are also necessary
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent writing skills and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • A passion for marketing, content and brand
  • Can prioritise and plan activities taking account of all relevant factors such as deadlines
 Desirable
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Video editing skills
