STV has appointed Paul Barnes as sports presenter for Edinburgh and the East.
From tonight (Wednesday 25th September) Paul will be on air with all the latest sports news from the capital.
Barnes joins from BBC Scotland Sport where he was responsible for output across Reporting Scotland, Sportsound, online and outside broadcasts. His experience includes reporting on Open Championship golf and Wimbledon and he was previously at Sky Sports News Radio.
