Business Women Scotland (BWS) and broadcaster STV have forged a dynamic partnership to strengthen female-led businesses.
The wide-ranging agreement will encourage greater collaboration, increase representation of women business leaders in Scotland, drive business growth through knowledge sharing and profile opportunities, and in turn help boost the local economy.
This new partnership sees BWS – one of the largest communities in the country for female entrepreneurs - work closely with the broadcaster to offer a number of growth opportunities for members. These include:

This new partnership sees BWS – one of the largest communities in the country for female entrepreneurs - work closely with the broadcaster to offer a number of growth opportunities for members. These include:
- STV’s commitment to providing £20k gifted airtime from the STV Growth Fund to one winner of the BWS Awards 2020;
- Collaboration on events, such as the BWS online Growth Programme, Virtual Business Roadshow, STV Growth Academy, and a dedicated STV-led knowledge sharing session for BWS members;
- Danielle Kelly, STV’s Strategic Development Director – who runs the Growth Fund – will join BWS Mentoring Programme;
- Cross-promotion across online, email marketing and social channels.
- TV advertising opportunities.
